We conducted a case study and testing regarding outreach to leads via email and WhatsApp.

We obtained some interesting results, particularly by onboarding those who couldn’t respond to us via email through WhatsApp.

We connected with them on WhatsApp and initiated conversations using Reverse Outreach.

Then we introduced our company and presented our value proposition, showcasing the significant value backed by our portfolio.

Once they recognized the value they were going to get, they started following up with us via email, referencing our WhatsApp communication. OutReach

Lessons:

1. Make sure to reach out to your leads from as many relevant touchpoints as possible (email, WhatsApp, etc.) and do not rely on just one method.

2. Simply talk about what’s in it for them (do not just brag about your services; let them see the value you provide).

3. Also, give them as many touchpoints as possible, from email to WhatsApp to meeting links, in a conversational way (we can discuss this further later).

This makes it easier for them to connect with you through various channels and close deals.
